Where do I even start! This incredible woman completely singlehandedly made my dreams of becoming a homeowner come true! She is a woman of integrity and pure heart. She literally held my hand the entire process, from the time we started touring properties to the last moment when I signed papers and got the keys! She went out of her way day and night to keep me informed of every step. She comforted us every time there were set backs in the process, she fed my kids pizza when we had to come out to the property for inspection, she stayed on the phone with me countless number of times to explain every process in detail, she literally was at my side 24/7 from beginning to end. She clearly is about making her clients her number one priority. Genelle made sure I got the best deal possible and fought for me when things went south. We decided to buy a weekend cabin in Big Bear, Dan was the most pleasant and helpful of all the call backs we got after our initial search. We organized to visit the next morning and Dan was prepared with 15 beautiful listings to show us, we simply asked to see his favorite five based on his knowledge of our specifications.

The third listing was love at first sight and within 48 hours we were the proud owner of the most perfect cabin in Sugarloaf. Dan has an incredible depth of knowledge of the local area, house price trends and an almost scary mind reader ability to interpret our needs and desires for our new property.

Moreover when we suffered a water pipe burst due to extreme cold weather in the first month we called Dan for a plumber recommendation, and he not only found us a fantastic plumber he also drove to our property to help turn off the water and secure our home!!

Dan is a wonderful, warm, helpful man but above that he has gone out of his way to welcome us to the community and aid us when we needed help. We will only ever deal with Dan for our future purchases and we are more than happy to recommend him to all of our friends!

Dan contacted us just when we were thinking of selling our cabin in Sugarloaf. The tenants we had left the place a mess , after a few suggestions from him on what to do he pretty much took over and to our surprise he took it upon himself to do some minor repairs. The place was staged so nicely that we had second thoughts in selling it. Dan was the second realtor we had used to list this property. The prior realtor did pretty much nothing but a few open houses. Dan was pleasant and always called back when we left him a message. Dan is knowledgeable and has all the right contacts. The Cabin was sold for what we wanted to get, and closed in a timely manner. Escrow company was great too.

We were very anxious and excited buyers of an amazing Big Bear cabin and had many questions along the way which Dan always answered promptly and thoroughly. No matter how often we called or texted, he always seemed happy to help and we never felt like we were bothering him. We live out of town and Dan was great at communicating every step of the way. Our cabin was being sold by the original owners who actually helped their father build it, so they had a great attachment to the cabin. Dan arranged for us to meet the family which was such a treat for us to hear the history of the cabin and to assure them that the cabin will be loved and well taken care of in our family.
